The new Rush Gold multi-piece construction bats from Rawlings utilize a Dynamic Flex handle which is 50% stiffer than prior models while still providing significant whip action during the swing. This handle flex accelerates bat head speeds to levels optimal for use with Liquidmetal Gold Barrel Technology. This Liquidmetal Gold material has twice the strength of titanium. This new formula includes 15% more Liquidmetal for even greater Pure Energy Transfer. Rush Gold also delivers industry leading balance for great bat speed. The Rush Gold bats also feature RPM (Rapid Performance Matching) Composite Technology which utilizes carbon fiber and other composite materials to accelerate the performance of key bat components. If all this were not enough, the Rush Comp bats feature a completely new, ultra-tough, end plug. Extensive testing has shown this end plug to withstand direct impacts up to 105 miles per hour. In addition, the new Low Rider profile end plug reduces damage due to miss-hits off the end of the bat.
